Foundation
  • Column footing foundation according structural consultant design and site soil conditions.

Basement
  • 3' height above the earth level with columns and adequate designed RCC beams, filled with earth with proper compaction.

Super Structure
  • RCC framed structure with I steel or equivalent branded TMT steel rods according to Structural engineer design and RCC roof concrete. Class I chamber Brick work of 9" thick walls for outer walls and 4.5" thick walls for inner walls and plastered in professional manner.

Doors and Windows
  • Main door: Indian Teak wood frame and shutter designed aesthetically polished with natural look.

Other doors
  • Other doors including toilet doors finished with country wood frame and water proofed readymade shutters painted with Asian / Dulux premium oil emulsion paint.

Pipes

  • Wiring will be done with concealed wiring with Finolex / Kundan / Orbit make.

  • Circuit wiring for Inverter provision.
  • Properly designed light fitting points, fans, AC points and power points in all rooms.
  • TV cable and telephone cable points in living and master bed room.

Finishing
  • Exterior elevation will be executed according to Architects impression.
  • Internal walls will painted with two coats of premium emulsion after wall putty.
  • External walls will painted with two coats of Apex emulsion / equivalent paint for longer life.
  • Exterior MS gate with painting will be provided.

Others
  • Terrace weathering course with terracotta tiling above brick surki work.
  • Car parking with paver block or according to architect design.
  • Compound wall of 4.5' height.
